December 18th, Prishtina – Preparatory Team for the establishment of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission held a reception for the representatives of the foreign diplomatic missions and international organisations which supported the proceedings of the Preparatory Team.
On behalf of the team, Ardian Arifaj thanked the participants for the support and called on them to continue to further support this initiative.
“We are grateful for your support and we ask you to continue to support the Preparatory Team in the forthcoming conclusive stage of the building of legal and technical infrastructure on the establishment of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, “said Arifaj.
Preparatory Team for the establishment of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission will soon commence with the second round of public consultations with relevant stakeholders of the Kosovar society in order to present to them the draft Normative Act, a document which has been drafted after the end of the first round of public consultations and taking into consideration the opinions and suggestions made by participants.
