The President of Republic of Kosovo, Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu appointed today the judge of the Supreme Court of Republic of Kosovo Mrs. Valdete Daka as member and Chair of the Central Election Commission (CEC).
The appointment was made pursuant to Art. 84, item 26 and Art. 139 of the Constitution of Republic of Kosovo as well as Art. 61 of the Law on General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo.
Mrs. Daka took her oath today before President Sejdiu, at a meeting attended by other members of the CEC.
