The decision of the Government of the Principality of Andorra on the recognition of the Republic of Kosovo is expected news, which comes from a democratic country and which is both action of joint commitments of the friend countries, that contributes to peace and stability in the region and the affirmation of the state of Kosovo in the international arena.
The President of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, during the manifestation of the 150th anniversary of the union of Italy, on June 2, has met the Coprince of Andorra, the Archbishop Joan Enric Vives of Sicily, and in a friendly conversation has been announced that this country will recognize the Republic of Kosovo, as well as for the development of bilateral relations and for lobbying for new recognitions of Kosovo and its membership in international organizations and institutions.
