The President accepted the credentials of the first Ambassador of Jordan to Kosovo

The President of state, Hashim Thaçi, has accepted today the credentials of Jordan’s first Ambassador to Kosovo, Ismail Issa Ismail Rifaie.

President Thaçi thanked the non-resident ambassador of Jordan for the cooperation so far with Kosovo.

“Jordan is among the first states that have recognized Kosovo and is our permanent supporter. Kosovo has benefited from this cooperation, especially in the security sector”, said President Thaçi.

On the other hand, the non-resident Ambassador of Jordan, Ismail Issa Ismail Rifaie, stated that he is pleased to be the first Jordanian Ambassador to Kosovo.

“It is my pleasure to be the first Jordanian Ambassador to Kosovo. We will continue to support Kosovo”, he stressed.

President Thaçi expressed his readiness to Jordan’s non-resident Ambassador to further expand the mutual cooperation even more.
