The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, received today the new Head of EULEX, Alexandra Papadopoulou.
With the Head of EULEX, the Head of State discussed about the good cooperation of the Kosovo institutions with EULEX, about increasing new capacities and about the challenges of the institutions of justice.
“The cooperation with the institutions and the good work EULEX have made this mission to have many successes in Kosovo so far. Thanks to the support of EULEX our institutions of justice are empowered as well and have increased their capacity of work”, said President Thaçi.
Whereas, the new Head of EULEX, Alexandra Papadopoulou, said that EULEX will continue the cooperation with the Kosovo institutions and within its responsibilities it will always support them.
“Kosovo has been and remains committed to consolidate the rule of law”, emphasized President Thaçi.
President Thaçi congratulated the new Head of EULEX, Alexandra Papadopoulou, on her new assignment in Kosovo.
