Prishtina, April 17, 2018 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, received today Norwegian State Secretary of the MFA, Audun Halvorsen Beka.
President Thaçi thanked the Secretary of the Norwegian MFA for the continued support they have offered to Kosovo.
“Kosovo is continuing with the consolidation of the statehood. We have good relations with all neighbors and we are working on a legally binding agreement with Serbia”, said President Thaçi.
Whereas, Norway’s MFA Secretary of State, Audun Halvorsen Beka, emphasized that Norway is a committed partner of all the countries of the region and their efforts for sustainable peace and stability.
President Thaçi added that the EU strategy for the six Western Balkan states and the EU Summit with the 28 European Union countries and the six Western Balkan countries to be held in Sofia are a confirmation of the European future of our region.
