Prishtina, July 23rd – President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, received today at a farewell meeting the Ambassador of Norway, Per Strand Sjaastad.
President Thaçi thanked Ambassador Sjaastad for his work and for Norway’s continuous support to Kosovo in all relevant fields.
“With concrete projects and investments, Norway has helped Kosovo in strengthening of its institutions, its international subjectivity and in economic development,” said President Thaçi.
Ambassador of Norway, Per Strand Sjaastad pointed out that Norway will further continue its support for Kosovo by increasing the exchange in all fields.
At the end, President Thaçi thanked Ambassador Sjaastad for his contribution to the relations between the two states and wished him good luck in his new tenure.
