Prishtina, November 26, 2019 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, declared Wednesday, November 27, 2019, a day of mourning in Kosovo, in honor of the victims who lost their lives in the earthquake in the Republic of Albania.
“As a sign of state and civic respect, Wednesday, November 27, 2019, is declared a day of state mourning in the Republic of Kosovo, following the earthquake in Albania, which caused the death of dozens of people and many injured”, it is said in the Decision of President Thaçi.
With the Decision of President Thaçi, state flags are raised in half-mast in all state buildings of the Republic of Kosovo, in the country and abroad.
