Prishtina, October 17 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, awarded today the Commander of the KFOR Multinational Specialized Unit, Colonel Ruggiero Capodivento from Italy, for his role in the strengthening of security and rule of law in Kosovo.
President Thaçi has thanked the Commander of the Italian Carabinieri Unit for the excellent work done in Kosovo and for the good cooperation with the institutions of Kosovo.
“Your contribution to security, order and tranquility in Kosovo is irreplaceable”, stated President Thaçi and added that “we will be always grateful for this”.
Commander Capodivento stated that the Multinational Specialized Unit is committed to peace and security for all the citizens of Kosovo.
