The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga received in a meeting a group of students from the 2012 Summer Program of the American University in Prishtina, students from various countries such as Spain, Slovakia, Palestine, the United States of America and Germany, and a student of the Serb community from Gjilan.
They informed the President about their activities within this Summer Program and said they were glad for having had the opportunity to know the history, the culture, the tradition of the Balkans, since within this Program they had also visited other countries in the region.
President Jahjaga spoke about the achievements of the Republic of Kosovo. She said that Kosovo is a promoter of peace and stability in the region and added that the goal of the country of Kosovo is the Euro-Atlantic integration.
