In continuation of activities related to the marking of the sixth anniversary of the independence of Kosovo, President of the country, Atifete Jahjaga, has awarded honours to a large number of personalities, considered to have provided exceptional contribution for Kosovo.
Based on Article 84, section 28, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 6 of the Law on Awarding of Honours by the President of the Republic of Kosovo, and on Articles 3 and 4 of the Law on types of honours bestowed by the President of the Republic of Kosovo and procedures for awarding of the honours, President of the Republic of Kosovo, has reached the decision to award the honours to the following personalities:
Awarded the “Order of Freedom”:
“Order of Freedom: is awarded to the individuals for their immense contribution to the freedom of Kosovo.
