The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, has received today the member of the House of Representatives, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Kosovo in the Assembly of Japan, Mr. Ryu Shionoya.
President Jahjaga thanked Mr. Shionoya for the continuous assistance and support that Japan has given to the citizens and the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
President Jahjaga praised the cooperation so far between the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and those of Japan stressing the need for further expansion and deepening of this cooperation in all fields of mutual interest, with emphasis on the field of economic development and education.
The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Kosovo in the Assembly of Japan, Mr. Ryu Shionoya, praised the achievements of Kosovo and expressed the commitment to expand the cooperation between the two countries in every field of common interest.
