The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, has sent a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi upon assuming the office of the head of state, in which he expressed his willingness to continue the excellent cooperation between the two countries.
