Prishtina, September 9, 2016 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, met today with the Auditor General of the country, Besnik Osmani, who handed over to the Head of State the annual report for 2015.
“I welcome the report and its findings. The Office of Auditor General enjoys trust and credibilit”, said President Thaçi.
On the other hand, the Auditor General of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Osmani, said that this institution has evidenced improvements, but some problems still remain.
Referring to the work of the auditors, President Thaçi emphasized the need to preserve and to affirm the Office of the Auditor General as much as possible.
