New York, 22 September 2017 – President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, met today in New York with the Secretary-General of Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
The Head of the State thanked the Secretary About Gheit for his commitment and commitment of Arab League leaders in strengthening the partnership of Kosovo with Arab League states and affirmation of Kosovo in countries member to this organization.
During this meeting it was discussed for intensification of efforts to lobby for recognition of Kosovo from states of North Africa which have not recognized Kosovo yet.
