Prishtina, January 28, 2017 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, received today the Minister of Interior of Albania, Saimir Tahiri, who was accompanied by a delegation of the National Security Commission, headed by Spartak Braho.
At this meeting they discussed about the possibility of deepening interstate cooperation, with a particular focus in the field of security.
President Thaçi stressed that the closest cooperation between the two countries contributes to their integration process in the European Union.
“We are grateful to all the state institutions of Albania, all political parties for the support they give to Kosovo in all fields”, added the President.
On the other hand, the Minister of Interior of Albania, Saimir Tahiri said that Albania and Kosovo have advanced their cooperation in the field of security.
