Prishtina, September 30 shtator – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, has accepted today the credentials of the new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway in Kosovo, Per Strand Sjaastad, whom he has wished welcome to Kosovo.
President Thaçi has said that Norway is an important partner of Kosovo.
“Norway is a major contributor not only in the bilateral dimension, but also within the international organizations operating in Kosovo”, said President Thaçi.
Whereas, the Norwegian Ambassador, Per Strand Sjaastad, said they will continue to support all efforts for reforms and development in all sectors.
“Norway is a friend country of Kosovo. We will support the efforts for reforms and development in all sectors”, said Ambassador Per Strand Sjaastad.
President Thaçi thanked Ambassador Per Strand Sjaastad for the support of Norway so far and declared of being open to further deepen cooperation in the future.
