Prishtina, August 30, 2016 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, received today in a farewell meeting the Ambassador of Japan non-resident for Kosovo, Makoto Taketoshi.
The Head of State said that he has had the pleasure to cooperate with Ambassador Taketoshi, stressing that he is grateful to the Japanese people and state who have stayed close to Kosovo and supported it during the most difficult days, but even today in better days.
The Ambassador of Japan non-resident for Kosovo, Makoto Taketoshi, stated that he will continue to be engaged for Kosovo even after returning to Tokyo, that as much people as possible will know about Kosovo and the region.
The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, said that “we are working to strengthen the cooperation between our two countries even more”.
