President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi received today the Ambassador of Switzerland to Kosovo, Krystyna Marty Lang, with whom he discussed cooperation between the two countries.
President Thaçi thanked Ambassador Lang for the good relations between Kosovo and Switzerland.
“I would like to thank you for being a continued important partner of Kosovo. We enjoy excellent bilateral cooperation”, President Thaçi said.
Regarding Kosovo’s large diaspora in Switzerland, President Thaçi said that “it is a bridge that connect the two countries and peoples”.
Ambassador of Switzerland to Kosovo, Krystyna Marty Lang congratulated President Thaçi upon assuming the office of the head of state, stressing that Switzerland remains a partner of Kosovo.
Speaking about the necessity of deepening cooperation between the countries, Presiden Thaçi said that possibilities need to be explored to further strengthen this cooperation, especially in the economic sector.
