I use this opportunity to congratulate Your Excellency on behalf of the people and the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo on being awarded the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize. This award is a testament to your success as the leader of the free world in achieving a safer and more peaceful world.
The people of the newest country in the world, the Republic of Kosovo, joyfully received this news and join Your Excellency with great respect and admiration in celebrating this momentous occasion. For those of us that have directly benefited from your country’s determined approach to ensure freedom for all peoples of the world, your selection as a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate represents a sign that there is hope and support for all of those that believe in freedom but cannot fend for themselves.
Having received this great honor and responsibility, I am confident that You will be tireless in your efforts to promote freedom and democracy around the world and make the world safer for all of us. Appreciating the priceless contribution the United States has made for the people of the Republic of Kosovo, You can count on them to stand by your side in all your endeavors in this regard.
Looking forward to a continued strengthening of the special bond between our two countries, I offer Your Excellency once again my heartfelt congratulations and I offer You the assurances of my highest esteem and consideration.
