President Sejdiu conveyed his condolences to President Obama

The President of Republic of Kosovo Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu has sent a letter to the President of the United States of America Barack Obama, conveying his condolences to him on yesterday’s grave accident following the huge blast in Raleigh County mine in West Virginia that took the lives of 25 American miners and left several others injured. Below you may read the full contents of the letter:

His Excellency, Barack Obama,
President of the United States of America

On behalf of the people and institutions of Kosovo, I hereby convey my heartfelt condolences on the loss of lives of Your citizens following the tragic explosion at the Raleigh County mine in West Virginia.

The people of Kosovo stand by You in these difficult moments and pray for the victims and families that have lost their most loves ones. We also wish that the injured will recover as soon as possible.

We stand by you with all our heart and pray for You in these moments of grief!
