President of the Republic of Malta, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, has sent a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, upon assuming the office of the head of state, in which she wrote that she looks forward to working with President Thaçi to enhance further the existing bilateral cooperation and to intensify the bonds of friendship between our two countries for the benefit of our two peoples.
