The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madame Atifete Jahjaga received today in a farewell meeting the Ambassador of Portugal in Sofia, non-resident for Kosovo, Vera Maria Fernandes.
President Jahjaga thanked the Ambassador Vera Maria Fernandes for her commitment as non-resident ambassador of her country for the Republic of Kosovo and wished her success in future her career.
She praised the continuous support that the Republic of Portugal has given to our country, with the participation in international missions in Kosovo, but also other forms of support. Also, President Jahjaga stated in favor of the expansion and intensification of cooperation between the two countries.
