The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga decreed today three prosecutors, Mr. Bajram Hamitaga, prosecutor in the District Court in Prizren, Mr. Afrim Shefkiu, prosecutor in the District Court in Gjilan and Mr. Murtez Jahaj, prosecutor in the District Court in Prizren, who today took the oath before the President.
Their enactment was made based on Article 84 item 18 of the Constitution of Republic of Kosovo, Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Law no. 03/L-224, on the Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo, and based on the proposals the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
