The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga has declared Monday, dated February 13, 2012, nation mourning day, in honor of the members of the Reka family, who were killed in the natural disaster in the village Restelica, in the municipality of Dragash.
The decision to declare the day of mourning was taken pursuant to Article 48 items 1, 2.4 and 4 of the Law on the State Protocol, Law No. 03/L-132.
According to the decision of the President, in all state and public institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, the Kosovo flag is lowered to half mast. Likewise, all artistic, cultural and sport activities planned on this day, are suspended and postponed to a later date.
