The President of the Republic of Kosovo Behgjet Pacolli received today Republic of Slovenia’s Ambassador to our country Jozef Hlep, who handed over the letter of congratulation that the President of Slovenia Danilo Turk had extended to President Pacolli.
At the meeting, President Pacolli and Ambassador Hlep emphasised good relations between the two countries, Slovenia’s continuous support for Kosovo and good economic cooperation in particular, Slovenia being one of main foreign investors in our country.

Your Excellency,
On behalf of the Republic of Slovenia and on my personal behalf, allow me to convey to you my sincerest congratulations on your election as President of Republic of Kosovo.
The Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Kosovo have achieved excellent results as two friend countries and this certainly constitutes a sound foundation for cooperation in the near future. The Republic of Slovenia will, undoubtedly, continue to support Kosovo in its efforts to become a democracy with a Euro-Atlantic perspective. I rest fully confident that our dialogue will contribute to positive relations between our two countries.
Honourable Mr. Pacolli, I wish you success in your news assignment.
