The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga received today a delegation of the Jewish community of Kosovo, led by Mr. Votim Demiri, head of the community.
The heads of the Jewish community of Kosovo informed President Jahjaga about the work and commitment of this association. They evaluated the act of signing the protocol on the protection of the cultural heritage with the U.S. as very important.
President Jahjaga congratulated the heads of the Jewish community of Kosovo for the work and for their contribution and offered her support and the support of the institutions of the country.
The heads of the Jewish community of Kosovo gave President Jahjaga a recognition for the contribution given in protection of the Jewish heritage in Kosovo.
