The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, received today the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia Mr. Musa Xhaferi, with whom she discussed about the cooperation to date between the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Macedonia and for the need of enlargement and further deepening of this cooperation in all fields of mutual interest.
President Jahjaga stressed that priority for the institutions and the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo is the integration into Euro-Atlantic structures, and that the exchange of experiences between the two countries would help the acceleration of this process.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Musa Xhaferi, praised the progress achieved in Kosovo and expressed the readiness of the Government of Macedonia to deepen the cooperation with the institutions of Kosovo in all areas of mutual interest.
