Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has sent a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, in which he stresses that the leadership of Kosovo’s head of state will be crucial in promoting development and stability in the country, notably by ensuring the implementation of the Kosovo-EU Stabilisation and Association Agreement.

Your leadership will be crucial in promoting development and stability in your country, notably by ensuring the implementation of the Kosovo-EU Stabilisation and Association Agreement. The Netherlands is firmly committed to supporting and assisting Kosovo and its people, as it has done in the past.
